JJWin Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Online Casino & Betting Rules

1 Introduction

Welcome to JJWin. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and JJWin ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the JJWin platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in full.

JJWin operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving the Pakistani market. All services provided by JJWin – including online casino, live casino, fishing games, jackpot slots, sports betting, PSL betting, and promotions – are subject to these Terms. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions and are incorporated by reference into this document.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use any JJWin service. If you have already registered and no longer agree to these Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining real-money balance before ceasing use.

2 Account Registration

To use JJWin's real-money gaming and betting services, you must create a registered account. Registration is free and is completed via the JJWin registration form, which requires a valid Pakistani mobile number, a secure password, and accurate personal information including your full name and date of birth.

2.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false information – including a false name, date of birth, or mobile number – is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held therein.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each player is permitted to hold one active JJWin account at any time. This restriction applies per person, per household address, per mobile number, per payment method, per device, and per IP address. Circumventing this rule by using VPNs, proxy services, or shared devices to open multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JJWin account credentials. You must not share your password, login link, or one-time verification codes with any other person. JJWin will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have shared or failed to protect your login credentials.

2.4 Account Verification

JJWin may request identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle. This is standard KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure and is required before processing withdrawal requests above stated thresholds. Acceptable documents include Pakistan CNIC, Passport, and mobile wallet ownership confirmation. JJWin reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending successful verification.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to use JJWin, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be the registered holder of the payment account used to deposit funds.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with JJWin.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or organisation.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or close relative of a JJWin employee in a role with access to platform data.

4 Deposits

JJWin accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT (interbank fund transfer), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard accounts, although high-value deposits may be subject to enhanced due diligence checks.

4.2 Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts – including those of family members, friends, or employers – are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

4.3 Failed Deposits

If a deposit is debited from your payment account but does not appear in your JJWin wallet within 15 minutes, contact our support team immediately with your transaction reference number. JJWin will investigate and, where confirmed, credit the deposit manually within 24 hours.

4.4 Deposit Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming section of their account. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for 72 hours. Decreases take effect immediately. JJWin also reserves the right to impose platform-wide deposit restrictions at its discretion.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from JJWin are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless the support team approves an alternative method in writing. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals.

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5.2 Processing Time

Most JJWin withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash process within 5–15 minutes. IBFT bank transfers may take up to 2 working hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 1–3 working days to reflect on your bank statement.

5.3 Pending Bonus Balances

Real-money funds can always be withdrawn regardless of any active bonus balance. However, the bonus portion of your account balance cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. If you choose to withdraw before completing wagering, any active bonus balance and associated pending winnings will be forfeited.

5.4 Verification Hold

JJWin reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests pending identity verification for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above Rs 50,000. This is a regulatory compliance requirement and is not applied selectively. Verified accounts experience no such hold on subsequent withdrawals.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

JJWin offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. Each promotion has specific terms, and the following general rules apply to all JJWin bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times stated on the promotion before they can be withdrawn. For example, a welcome bonus with a 25x wagering requirement means a Rs 10,000 bonus must generate Rs 2,50,000 in total wagers before it converts to real cash.

6.2 Game Contribution Rates

Different game types contribute different percentages of each wager towards meeting a wagering requirement. Standard contribution rates at JJWin are as follows:

• Jackpot Slots and Slot Games: 100% contribution
• Live Casino Table Games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): 10% contribution
• Sports Betting (pre-match, min odds 1.40): 50% contribution
• Sports Betting (in-play): 25% contribution
• Crash Games and Fishing Games: 50% contribution

6.3 One Welcome Bonus Per Player

The welcome deposit match bonus is available to new JJWin players only, once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once using multiple accounts will result in the cancellation of both accounts and forfeiture of all associated funds.

6.4 Bonus Validity

All JJWin bonuses have a stated validity window (typically 14–30 days from credit date). If the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity window, the bonus balance and any related pending winnings will be removed automatically without notice.

6.5 JJWin Promotion Changes

JJWin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a promotion at the time of a modification will be subject to the terms that were in place at the time of claiming, unless the modification is mandated by a compliance requirement.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports and PSL betting activity on the JJWin sportsbook.

7.1 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant governing body (PCB for PSL, FIFA for football, and so on). In the event of a result dispute, JJWin will await official confirmation before settling any affected markets.

7.2 Abandoned & Postponed Events

If a match or event is abandoned without reaching its minimum completion threshold (for T20 cricket: 5 overs per innings; for football: 90 minutes), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Events postponed within 12 hours of their scheduled start and completed within 24 hours thereafter will be treated as the same fixture for settlement purposes.

7.3 Maximum Payout

JJWin applies a maximum single-bet payout of Rs 10,00,000 (ten lakh). Accumulator bets are subject to a maximum combined payout of Rs 25,00,000. These limits apply regardless of the staked amount or the accumulated odds.

7.4 Obvious Errors

JJWin reserves the right to void any bet placed at obviously erroneous odds caused by a technical error, data feed failure, or human error. This includes but is not limited to odds of 1.01 on clearly uncertain outcomes and inverted favourite/underdog pricing. JJWin will notify affected players and return stakes where bets are voided under this clause.

7.5 Integrity & Match Fixing

JJWin takes sporting integrity seriously. If JJWin has reason to suspect that a player has placed bets connected to match fixing, inside information, or any other form of sporting fraud, all affected bets will be withheld pending investigation. Confirmed integrity violations will result in permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

8 Casino Rules

All casino games offered on JJWin – including slots, table games, live dealer titles, crash games, and fishing games – are provided by licensed third-party game studios. JJWin does not develop or modify game mathematics or outcomes.

8.1 Game Malfunction

In the event of a game malfunction, the affected game round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's JJWin wallet. A malfunction voids all pays and play for that round. JJWin's decision on the outcome of a malfunctioning game round is final.

8.2 Return to Player (RTP)

Each slot and casino game on JJWin operates with a published theoretical RTP. These figures are calculated over millions of game rounds and represent long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed session outcomes. Individual session results will naturally vary significantly from theoretical RTP figures.

8.3 Progressive Jackpots

Progressive jackpot prizes displayed in the JJWin lobby are indicative and may fluctuate. Jackpots are awarded as part of the respective game's mechanics and are subject to the jackpot game provider's terms. JJWin does not set or control jackpot seed amounts or jackpot trigger probability.

9 Responsible Gaming

JJWin is committed to responsible gaming and provides tools that allow players to manage their activity. These tools are accessible from within your account settings and via the Responsible Gaming page.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Decreases apply immediately; increases require a 72-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after playing for a set duration so you remain in control of your time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from gambling for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your account remains accessible for withdrawal only.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from JJWin. Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months. JJWin will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players.

10 Security & Fraud Prevention

JJWin employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform communications and transactions. We conduct ongoing monitoring of account activity to detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, and other prohibited conduct.

Actions that JJWin considers to constitute fraudulent or abusive behaviour include but are not limited to: use of automated betting software or bots; arbitrage betting strategies that exploit bonus conditions; coordinated play between accounts; use of stolen payment credentials; providing false identity information; and exploiting platform errors for financial gain.

Where fraudulent activity is identified, JJWin reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, hold all balances pending investigation, cancel all pending bets and withdrawals, and permanently close the account. Winnings generated through fraudulent means will be forfeited in full. JJWin may refer cases of fraud to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

JJWin may suspend or permanently close any account where there is a reasonable belief that these Terms have been violated. Grounds for suspension include but are not limited to:

• Breach of the one-account-per-player rule
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification
• Depositing funds from a payment account not registered in the player's name
• Engaging in bonus abuse or coordinated multi-account activity
• Use of prohibited software, VPNs, or proxy services to circumvent platform restrictions
• Threatening, abusive, or harassing communication directed at JJWin staff

Where an account is suspended for investigation, JJWin will complete its review within 30 days. Any real-money balance found to be legitimately owned by the player will be returned to a verified payment method following completion of the review. Bonus balances and winnings generated during a period of prohibited conduct will not be returned.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their JJWin account may do so at any time by contacting support. All real-money balances will be returned to the registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe following a voluntary closure request.

12 Disputes

If you believe that a bet has been settled incorrectly, a bonus has been applied in error, or a transaction has not been processed as expected, you must notify JJWin's support team within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after 30 days may not be considered.

To raise a dispute, contact our support team via live chat or email at support@jjwin.life, providing your account username, the date and time of the relevant transaction or game round, the amount in dispute, and a description of the issue. JJWin will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 5 business days.

JJWin's decision on any dispute is final once our internal review process is complete. If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, you are entitled to raise the matter with any applicable dispute resolution body or regulatory authority.

13 Limitation of Liability

JJWin provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous and accurate platform operation, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical errors, temporary outages, or data transmission issues.

JJWin shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, indirect loss, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, whether caused by technical failure, incorrect odds, game malfunctions, or any other factor beyond our reasonable control. JJWin's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount staked in that transaction.

Nothing in these Terms limits JJWin's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

JJWin reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments materially affect your rights as a player, JJWin will provide at least 7 days' notice via email to your registered address and/or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the JJWin platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.
